Border Express currently has exciting opportunities available for experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join the team at our Altona Branch.
Duties:
- Actioning customer inquiries promptly and responding with professionalism across all channels: email, webforms, chats and phone calls
- Providing a high level of service and communication to key internal and external stakeholders;
- Proficiently raising queries in the internal ticketing system (training will be provided) and carrying out investigations in order to provide accurate and timely responses to our customers
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to assist customers with queries in a timely and productive manner;
- Excellent telephone manner;
- Ability to learn and work within multiple software systems and multitask seamlessly between tasks like handling high priority tickets, answering calls and compiling reports
- Transport, logistics or high volume customer service experience is highly desirable;
- Well-developed time management, communication and conflict resolution skills;
- Initiative, drive and a willingness to be an active member of the team;
- Strong written, verbal and listening skills are essential;
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive and professional working relationships with customers
- Strong attention to detail.
