**Role: Co-Design and Engagement Officer**
**Hourly Rate: $60.26 per hour plus Super**
**Contract: 12 months, ongoing**

You will be working with a community-based organisation. They provide essential services to many Australians with their focus around supporting those in need and making a difference for each of their customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engagement Officer to join the team.
**Your new role**
As the APS6 Co-Design and Engagement Officer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Liaising and building relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including participation of the organisation in a range of activities and events, meetings, information sessions, forums, conferences and webinars
- Data analysis, measuring effectiveness of engagement strategies and activities
- Identifying risks and trends of engagement strategies
- Contributing to and implementing targeted, proactive engagement strategies aligned with a larger organisational engagement strategy.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- This role is only accepting applicants from Australian Citizens
- Proven experience in community engagement projects
- Travel within NSW
- Occasional work outside of standard business hours
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Workers Check or willingness to obtain
- IPA2 Certificate of Engagement (desirable)
**What you'll get in return**
