Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent Administrative Specialist to join our organization in Batemans Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining national operations, coordinating vehicle fleet and providing vital support to the Property & Fleet Manager.
* The role involves log and manage property and fleet service requests
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor services
* Support financial processes including invoicing and cost coding
* Maintain accurate property and fleet registers and databases
* Assist with relocations, refurbishments, and vehicle administration
* Deliver exceptional support with professionalism and care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
