Building & Construction/Strata Litigation Lawyer (5yrs-Special Counsel)
Our client is a distinguished specialist law firm nearing 30 years of success, well known for its expertise in building & construction, strata law and commercial litigation, undergoing exciting growth.
In this key senior role, reporting to an industry‐leading Partner, you will own a litigation practice, appearing at NCAT and superior courts, resolving a full spectrum of disputes related to building/construction and strata.

Responsibilities
* Own and manage litigation practice in building & construction and strata disputes.
* Appear at NCAT and superior courts.
* Resolve disputes across the full spectrum of building and construction, strata matters.
Qualifications
* Proven litigation solicitor with 5‐20+ years of experience, up to Special Counsel level.
* Experience in construction and preferably strata disputes.
* Strong advocacy, negotiation and client management skills.
* Desire autonomy and stimulating, interesting work in a no‐politics environment.
* Full‐time availability.
