International Sales Professional
This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to identify opportunities and expand business within designated country pairs, primarily selling logistics solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop route plans to identify opportunities and expand business with new and existing accounts
* Build relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations
* Quote, negotiate, and finalize pricing, contracts, and credit terms
* Coordinate logistics solutions including air, sea, and customs services
* Provide market insights and sales reports to management
* Collaborate with regional staff and provide guidance to country representatives
* Assist in product and service development to meet client and route-specific needs
Requirements:
* University degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
* Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in international logistics or transportation sales
* Language proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, and English
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively
