Role overview
As our company and community is rapidly growing we are accepting Expressions of Interest in our South region seeking experienced, fun, flexible and engaged Support Workers.

Responsibilities
A person-centered approach in guiding, coaching, and supporting.
Assist with in-home daily activities, community access, and recreational activities.
Follow therapy plans and positive behavior plans.
Night and weekend shifts available.
Possibility of working in a 2:1 team at times.
Ensure compliance and required documentation is completed timely and accurately.
Work in locations from Joondalup to Mandurah.
Remuneration and Benefits
Level *******, $***** to $***** per hour (incl. casual loadings) based on skills and experience.

Key Requirements
NDIS Screening Clearance.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
Current WA Class C driver's license and own reliable car.
Current First Aid Certificate.
Valid working rights.
