Working closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams, you’ll support continuous improvement, governance, and stakeholder engagement to enhance customer and business outcomes. This is a 30 June 2026 contract opportunity location in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. What You’ll Do Support end-to-end delivery of initiatives, including testing and change management, to ensure successful outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise improvements that enhance customer experience and efficiency Gather and refine requirements with stakeholders to deliver clear, actionable solutions Provide oversight and regular updates on portfolio initiatives, ensuring transparency and alignment Integrate change management strategies to minimise barriers and drive adoption Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet real needs What You’ll Bring Experience in insurance claims or financial services (minimum 2 years) and project delivery (minimum 1 year) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to develop actionable insights Effective communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences Ability to manage priorities autonomously and deliver outcomes within timeframes Collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement and influencing decisions Technical literacy and comfort with emerging technologies, including AI and geospatial solutions If you require any support and adjustments to participate equitably in our recruitment process or in the workplace, we encourage you to contact luke.morandini@suncorp.com.au for a confidential conversation.
