The role of a Youth Practitioner is to work with adolescents and young adults to support them in achieving their goals in education, personal, social, and working life. This involves leading interdisciplinary teams to plan therapy packages, utilizing assessment and intervention skills, and delivering therapy in diverse settings.
As a Youth Practitioner, you will empower participants and their families to develop habits and routines, build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, and document and bill sessions through an online participant management system.
Collaboration with team members is also essential, as you will share stories and best practices at weekly meetings.
