Employee Relations Advisor
Latrobe Community Health Service is looking for an Employee Relations Advisor.
This full-time, fixed-term (6 months) role is located in Morwell or Hawthorn.

Provide high quality advice, support, and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters.
Total remuneration package of $123,770 per annum including superannuation and optional salary packaging.

As an Employee Relations Advisor, your role will involve managing employee relations cases end to end, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant workplace practices and supporting the organisation to build a positive and productive workplace culture.
Reporting to the Manager Employee Experience, this role will provide ER advice, manage grievances, support conflict resolution, policy development, union relations and interpretation of industrial instruments.
This role may involve state-wide travel to various office locations to engage with internal stakeholders using available fleet vehicles.
