Key Responsibilities
* Source, screen, and place candidates to meet client requirements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Coordinate daily rostering, payroll, and compliance processes.
* Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
* Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment documentation.
What We're Looking For
* Recruitment, client-facing sales, or business development experience (highly regarded).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and a true team player.
* A solid understanding of recruitment and employment legislation (preferred).
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
