General Manager ARC
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead the ARC restaurant and In Room Dining outlets at our luxurious hotel. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in driving revenue, upholding Forbes and LQA standards, fostering a luxury service culture.
Summary of Responsibilities:
* Work in partnership with ARC Restaurant Chef to execute flawless operation
* Recruit, train, and mentor, ensuring a positive and motivating work environment, ensuring a guest-centric mindset
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
* Empower and support colleagues to resolve guest issues promptly
Revenue Generation: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability, while collaborating with the marketing team to create promotions and social events.
Sustainability, Health, and Safety Compliance: Actively participate in the Fairmont Sustainability Program, Food Safety Committee, and determine department-specific action items. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management role within a luxury restaurant or hotel setting. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record in driving revenue and achieving financial targets. Strong understanding of Forbes and LQA standards and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
