For over ninety years, we've shaped the Australian manufacturing scene and set the standard for decorative surfaces. As the market leader, we're seeking an Account Manager to oversee an established portfolio of joinery and commercial fit-out customers in Sydney's central and eastern suburbs.
Responsibilities
This is a relationship-focused account management position. You'll inherit an established portfolio of commercial customers, including joinery companies working on office, school, and multi-residential fit-outs. Your focus is to strengthen relationships, anticipate pipeline needs, and expand business.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of established commercial accounts
* Build trusted relationships with joinery and fit-out businesses
* Proactively track project pipelines
* Collaborate on pricing using data and market insights
* Maintain timely records in Salesforce
* Work with the internal spec team who provide qualified leads
Qualifications
You have a strong background in construction, building materials, or joinery, and understand project-based selling. You're a natural relationship builder, commercially savvy, and proactive with pipeline management. CRM discipline is essential—if it's not in Salesforce, it didn't happen. Your curiosity ensures you stay on top of product knowledge, delivering value in every client interaction.
