About The Role…
As a Disability Employment Services Employment Consultant at APM, you will support participants (job seekers) in transforming their lives. Reporting to the Business Manager at our Gawler office, you will work with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. This role is exciting, challenging, inclusive, and rewarding. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, achieving great outcomes and making a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers.
Support participants in identifying skills to become job-ready.
Deliver quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.

Motivated to go above and beyond for participants, with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain composed and adaptable, you will thrive in this role.
People with backgrounds in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration are well suited. We provide full training to help you transition your transferable skills into a career in Employment Services.
To be considered, you will have...
Eligibility to work in Australia.
A current driver’s license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
A MyGovID (Standard level).
Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
