Executive Assistant Role
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires an individual to provide high-level operational, strategic, and administrative support to the Regional Principal.
The role involves managing the Regional Principal's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating attendees, and handling matters on their behalf. It also entails coordinating all travel arrangements, overseeing inbox management, accurately recording minutes for key meetings, and performing executive administrative duties.
* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Requirements include proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships, demonstrated excellence in administrative coordination, strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing own workload, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
