We're seeking a skilled professional to play a vital part in our payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of the company's payroll worldwide. As a Global Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing payroll systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll systems, including data input, processing, and reporting
* Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations
* Prepare and distribute payroll reports to stakeholders
* Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Technology departments to ensure seamless payroll operations
* Provide excellent communication and query resolution skills to employees and managers
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing
* Deep knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in multiple regions
* Strong proficiency in Google Suite and payroll software
* Exceptional numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
