Procurement Specialist role requires providing administrative support across procurement processes, vendor records and documentation.
Duties & Responsibilities
* General administrative/system support to the purchasing team.
* Ensuring efficient sourcing, accurate order processing, and strong vendor relationships.
* Coordinate with vendors to confirm delivery schedules, resolve order issues, and maintain timely communications.
* Manage, expedite and resolve purchase orders.
* Help monitor inventory levels and resolve stock discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will possess high computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications, and excellent time management skills.
