Talent Acquisition Specialist

Do you have a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities?

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end attraction and talent engagement process.

* Talent Acquisition: Develop and manage the end-to-end attraction and talent engagement process using available online recruitment tools to proactively source and engage candidates.
* Market Analysis and Reporting: Research and understand employment market trends, adapting talent approaches to ensure the service meets stakeholders' resourcing needs. Measure and report on Talent Acquisition programs and strategies.
* Process and Policy Management: Contribute to continual improvement in the review, design, and implementation of process and policy in relation to Talent Sourcing and Acquisition.
* Building Strong Relationships: Establish effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and provide specialist advice regarding attraction and engagement strategies and candidate management.
