Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gasses, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
The role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role provides support to the marketing team in rolling out marketing programs and initiatives across all Air Liquide Healthcare sites.
This role is responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including the creation of marketing materials, organisation of key events, and management of marketing budgets, while championing and upholding our brand's graphic standards.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
* Organise logistics for trade shows, events and other company meetings related to sales and marketing
* Manage and record all marketing paraphernalia
* Develop internal sales and marketing materials, such as newsletters, and external communications, including brochures and email campaigns
* Coordinate with various suppliers on marketing projects
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical support
* Maintain customer contract and its implementation of the parties commitment
* Assist in sales analysis, including the preparation of KPIs and monthly reports
* Assist in any tendering process by providing necessary product information
* Maintain records of marketing budgets and expenditures, making recommendations on spending and supplier choice
Are you a MATCH?
* Ability to develop ongoing training programes
* Previous experience with IQMS beneficial but not essential
* Ability to present information and respond to questions from internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent computer skills (including experience working with Microsoft Applications, Google Applications, and other relevant computer software)
* Highly organised
* Ability to multitask
