We are currently seeking a skilled and organised Administrative Professional to play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to calls, enquiries, and managing bookings in a timely manner.
* Coordinate and assign tasks to technicians using job management systems such as Tradify.
* Prepare invoices and quotations for clients.
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and track outstanding quotes.
* Maintain accurate records of client information, job details, and contact data in our systems.
* Support technicians and team members to enhance workflow efficiency.
* Perform various administrative tasks including filing, reporting, and assisting senior staff members.
Requirements
* Prior experience in administration, customer service, or dispatching is advantageous (experience in trade or plumbing industries highly regarded but not essential).
* Confident communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
* Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with computer software, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Experience with job management systems like Tradify/ServiceM8 is a significant asset.
* A proactive team player who is detail-oriented and eager to resolve problems.
