Key Responsibilities
* Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences
* Perform hair cutting, styling, colouring, and treatment services with precision
* Provide professional advice on hair care, maintenance, and product use
* Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and salon presentation
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up care
* Contribute positively to the team culture and salon objectives
Skills & Qualifications
* Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Hairdressing) or equivalent
* Has minimum 2-3 years of experience in a salon environment — strong cutting and colouring skills preferred
* Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills
* Is passionate about hair trends, techniques, and ongoing learning
* Works well independently and as part of a team

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
