About the Role
The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth movement of citrus products to international markets. This role is primarily focused on export operations, including the preparation of EXDOC shipping documentation, coordination of container packing, and liaising with freight providers to meet export schedules.
The role is based in Hanwood, NSW, with remote work options available. It is a skilled position requiring expertise in export logistics, perishable goods handling, and containerised shipping coordination within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate export shipments of citrus products, ensuring compliance with EXDOC requirements and international shipping regulations.
· Plan and schedule container packing and freight logistics with transport providers.
· Prepare and manage shipping documentation including EXDOCs, dispatch records, consignment notes, export permits, and commercial invoices.
· Monitor stock movement and coordinate product flow between packing, storage, and transport operations using digital systems.
· Liaise with packhouse supervisors, sales teams, and freight providers via phone, email, and video conferencing to ensure timely and accurate export order fulfilment.
· Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery, container, or documentation issues.
· Maintain accurate records relating to export logistics, inventory movement, and freight schedules.
· Assist with the implementation and improvement of export logistics systems and operational processes.
· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures, food safety standards, and company operational policies.

Skills and Experience Required
· Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
· Minimum 2–5 years' experience in logistics coordination, export shipping, container packing, or supply chain management.
· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
· Strong knowledge of EXDOC shipping documentation, container packing, and export procedures.
· Experience working with perishable goods, food production, agriculture, or packing shed environments is highly regarded.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment, including remotely.
