The Role You'll be the go-to person for end-user support, hardware troubleshooting, network connectivity, and assisting with on-site IT projects. From rolling out new devices to maintaining critical infrastructure, you'll play a vital role in keeping technology running smoothly for staff making a real difference in the community. More specifically, you will: Provide on-site IT support to users across multiple offices and service locations Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and networking Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software (Windows, M365, etc.) Support small-scale IT projects, rollouts, and upgrades Liaise with central IT team to escalate and resolve more complex issues. Your Profile You will have experience working as a Field Engineer or a Technical Support Engineer where you have supported multiple sites in a Level 2 capacity.
