What You'll Be Doing:
* Oversee sales paperwork, contracts, and settlements
* Keep CRM and client databases accurate and up to date
* Assist with marketing campaigns, property listings, and client follow-ups
* Handle financial tracking, trust accounts, and commissions
* Support agents throughout the sales process to ensure seamless transactions
About You:
* Previous real estate administration or sales support experience
* Comfortable using CRMs (Agentbox is a bonus) and Microsoft Office
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
* Proactive, reliable, and a great communicator
* Passionate about real estate and client service
