Financial Accountant Role
Abano Healthcare seeks an experienced financial professional to join our team. As a financial accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation, verification, and posting of month-end accrual, reallocation, and prepayment journals/adjustments
* Monthly reconciliation and analysis of the company's balance sheet accounts as part of the month-end financial reporting function
* Maintain and review Fixed Asset Register and CAPEX
* Intercompany reconciliations
* Bank Reconciliations
Additional responsibilities include preparation and lodgment of monthly BAS, reading and interpreting complex contracts, and ability to read, interpret, and apply accounting standards.
Requirements:
* Relevant bachelor's degree in accounting
* CA/CPA qualified or studying
* 3 + years' experience in a Financial Accounting role preferably within Chartered or large corporates
* Experience in multisite healthcare essential
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. A high degree of computer literacy, including knowledge of Excel, and other accounting software packages is necessary.

* Salary $87,500 to $95,000 base + super
