RE/MAX Select is entering an exciting new chapter, and we are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to become the operational heartbeat of our business.
This is not a "sit quietly in the background" role. This is for a confident, organised and people-focused leader who can bring calm to chaos, clarity to competing priorities and high standards to every corner of the business.
You will work directly with Nikita Kinnane, Chief Optimism Officer and Principal, to lead the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, award-winning real estate office across sales, property management, commercial and administration.

The role includes:
* Leading daily operations across multiple departments.
* Supporting team performance, communication and accountability.
* Improving systems, workflows and internal processes.
* Assisting with compliance, training, recruitment and reporting.
* Helping protect and grow a strong, professional and positive team culture.
You will need:
* A current real estate licence.
* Real estate leadership, operations or senior property management experience.
* Strong communication and people leadership skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Confidence having direct conversations and solving problems.
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
* Property management and QCAT experience will be highly regarded.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Mackay, Queensland, with a competitive salary package based on experience. Relocation support may be considered for the right applicant.
