We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to develop and implement strategies that strengthen our relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cultural exchange and mutual benefit;
* Analyze data and trends to inform strategic decision-making;
* Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including community leaders and members;
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Indigenous studies, social sciences, or business;
* Minimum 5 years of experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
