Job Title: Rangeland Operations Coordinator
This role leads and coordinates operational work programs in the rangelands, working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

* Manage contractor and visitor logistics, ensuring safety and security.
* Collaborate on species management with experts and researchers to optimize ecosystem health.
* Monitor and control budget expenditures, optimizing resource allocation.
* Undertake projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* E nsure contractor and visitor safety through risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
* Respond promptly to critical incidents, minimizing disruption and impact.
* Negotiate effectively with neighbors and stakeholders to resolve land management issues.
