Sydney Eye Surgeons is a large multi-disciplinary state of art ophthalmic group. We have practices based in Bondi Junction, Hurstville and Miranda.
To get on the front foot and with the onboarding of new doctors and the ever growing number of clinics we are expanding our clinical team to cater for our growth plans.
We are looking for a Full or Part time optometrist to join our team.

The successful applicant must possess outstanding customer service skills and be a reliable and a highly organised individual who is able to work efficiently on their own and within a team environment.
Reporting to the Head Orthoptist, we are looking for someone to join our highly efficient team, making our patients feel comfortable while delivering the highest level of care and supporting the doctors to deliver outstanding and exceptional service.
About the role
Work alongside an established clinical and admin team, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General, and specialised patient work ups
General ophthalmological diagnostic testing
Pre and Post-operative patient care
All facets of patient triage
Assisting with in rooms minor surgical operations
Assistance with surgical lens size calculations and selection
Liaising with admin staff to book appointments and surgical procedures
Managing and maintaining patient records

Location options available:
based predominantly in Miranda clinic
Qualified Orthoptist or Allied Health Assistant or AIN– experience preferred
