About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Secretary General to support the Board and senior management team. This is a senior administrative role requiring strong governance knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex administrative responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Requirements
Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in secretarial or senior administrative roles
Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
High standard of ethical behaviour and governance awareness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe programs
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organisational skills
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Attend all Board meetings and ensure governance procedures and compliance requirements are met
Support Audit, Nominating, Remuneration, and Human Capital Committee meetings
Coordinate meetings and liaise with internal staff and stakeholders
Assist with preparation and execution of contracts and administrative documentation
Support compilation and lodgement of quarterly and periodic financial reports
Proofread reports, correspondence, and briefing documents
Liaise with accountants, lawyers, and professional advisers
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and correspondence
Respond to enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner

Pay: $78,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
