Senior Lawyer - Building and Construction & General Law Senior Lawyer – Building & Construction Law (5+ PAE)Location: Williamstown, VictoriaWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lawyer with 5+ years PAE to join our growing practice in Williamstown.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, with a strong focus on building and construction law, while also providing scope to develop and apply your skills across broader areas of practice.Overview About the RoleAdvise and act for clients in predominantly domestic building disputes (some commercial building advice/disputes), contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and related litigation.Appear in VCAT, Magistrates' Court, County Court and Supreme Court matters.Work closely with builders, contractors, homeowners, and industry stakeholders.Assist with general practice files where needed, providing variety and professional development.Enjoy a supportive, collaborative environment with a hybrid working model (office in Williamstown + remote flexibility).
About You You will bring:At least 5 years PAE, with proven experience in building & construction law.Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.The ability to manage a busy file load independently while working as part of a close-knit team.A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.Generalist experience across other areas of law (e.g. commercial, property, or litigation) will be highly regarded.Why Join Us?
