Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing unparalleled customer service to owners and guests
* Conducting regular security checks and monitoring noise levels to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
* Performing routine cleaning duties in public areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Assisting with administrative and reception tasks including processing front office transactions with accuracy and efficiency
* Maintaining precise records and handovers for the morning team to ensure seamless continuity
You'll be confident in working independently and effectively handling emergency or safety situations. Strong attention to detail is essential, as is basic knowledge of cash handling and record keeping. The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure is vital.
While prior experience in security or hospitality is advantageous, it's not essential – we provide comprehensive training and support for the right candidate.
