Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial oversight
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks, ensuring consistent standards
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain and enhance the café's food offerings
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of baristas and café attendants
Actively participate in the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a café or hospitality management role
Proficient barista skills with an in-depth knowledge of coffee preparation and presentation
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Adaptability to changing customer needs and market trends
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
Experience in inventory management and financial reporting
