About the Role
Step into a leadership role with impact as Store Manager at the high-performing Macquarie location. Reporting to the District Manager, you'll be the driving force behind store success leading from the front, building a strong team culture and delivering a premium, style-focused customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead from the front to drive sales, exceed KPIs and elevate service standards
* Bring denim to life through styling expertise and customer connection
* Oversee stock flow end-to-end: deliveries, replenishment and inventory accuracy
* Execute and maintain visual merchandising that reflects the brand's identity and commercial edge
* Coach, develop and inspire your team to unlock their full potential
* Create a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing store culture
* Ensure seamless daily operations in a busy, fast-paced environment
What You Bring
* 1–2+ years' experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
* A genuine passion for denim, fashion and personal styling
* Proven success in driving sales and achieving KPIs
* Strong operational skills within a high-volume retail setting
* A natural leader who motivates, coaches and builds engaged teams
* Highly organised, adaptable and confident in a fast-moving environment
