Key Performance Marketing Role
We seek an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Return on Investment (ROI) across multiple business divisions.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
This key role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing all paid media strategies, including search, display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
* Developing and implementing A/B testing strategies to test and learn from campaign results.
* Conducting regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay informed about market trends.
* Providing analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role, with multi-category or multi-brand experience preferred.
* Proven experience with running successful paid media campaigns.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is crucial.
