We are seeking a skilled Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator to drive project success from Tender through to Completion, working within a well-established team and reporting directly to the Construction Manager.
Job Description
* Coordinate project activities and support strong stakeholder relationships across government and private clients.
* Lead teams within a safety-first culture and oversee contract compliance, variations, claims, and monthly financial reporting.
* Manage all project quality requirements to ensure high technical standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related).
* 2+ years proven experience delivering civil infrastructure projects up to $20m for civil contractors.
* Strong commercial, forecasting, and cost control capability.
* Ability to maintain positive client relationships and meet contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and resource projects in line with scope, client requirements, and budget.
2. Develop and award subcontract packages with accurate scoping, sound commercial conditions, and best-value outcomes.
3. Analyse and maintain project programs, tracking progress and implementing mitigation where needed.
4. Ensure EBA compliance and actively support a strong safety culture.
