Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare | Australia | Remote
We are a boutique Australian recruitment agency specialising in the placement of medical and allied health professionals across both public and private sectors nationwide. We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Full-Cycle Recruitment Consultant to join our team remotely, working aligned to Australian business hours.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity (not a temporary contract), ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
About the Role
You will take ownership of a desk, working across:
* Allied Health recruitment (e.g. physiotherapists, podiatrists, OTs, speech pathologists) OR
* Medical recruitment (doctors)
This is a 360 recruitment role, involving both candidate management and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing through to placement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients
* Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks
* Write and manage job advertisements across various platforms
* Maintain accurate CRM records and candidate pipelines
* Negotiate offers and manage the placement process through to commencement
Requirements
* Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within healthcare (min 2 years of experience)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
