About the role
You will lead employees in achieving outstanding performance in people development, health, safety, quality outcomes, and business results. If you're transitioning from a field role, this could be your next career step. The role offers an attractive salary package, flexible working (one day WFH), and a tool of trade vehicle. You'll work at our Keysborough depot, occasionally visiting sites, Monday to Friday (7.6 hour days). Enjoy working in our new custom-built depot, co-constructed with United Energy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and oversee field-based activities, meeting time, cost, quality, and safety criteria for planned and emergency situations.
2. Manage materials using purchasing systems and subcontract services needed to complete schedules.
3. Complete all reports and job control worksheets.
4. Lead the team to ensure organisation goals are achieved.
5. Apply conflict resolution techniques to avoid industrial disputes.
About you
1. Experience in high/low voltage environments and familiarity with industry standard operating policies and procedures for electrical distribution systems.
2. A Certificate III in ESI Distribution – Power Systems (or equivalent experience) is ideal.
3. A current Victorian Driver's Licence is required.
4. SAP, Word, Excel, and planning package system experience is highly regarded.
