About the role
Tidal Solutions are currently seeking an experienced, qualified and hands on Workshop Supervisor / Co-ordinator to maintain workflow and quality in our Point Samson facility. We are keen to hear from individuals with the bellow personal attributes and skill set.
About You
* Desire to be a part of an ambitious team strongly committed to providing hassle free customer service.
* Ability to work unsupervised and display a natural talent for coaching team members and leading by example.
* Develop relationships with client representatives to enable strong communication lines.
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong commitment to Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements
* Previous Supervisory Experience with references
* Proven ability in assisting with developing & maintaining risk assessments, ISO Certification documentation and project execution documentation.
* Excellent organisational, planning & time management skills for self and work groups
* Timely completion of day-to-day management of Workshop environment
* Intermediate computer experience with MS Office packages
* Must be willing to undergo and pass regular Drug & Alcohol Screening
* Australian Trade Certificate background – Mechanical/Fabrication
* Section 26 Supervisory Statutory Training
* Current WA 'C' Class Driver's License
Desirable (not essential)
* High Risk Work Licence
* Confined Space and Working @ Heights
* MSIC
This position is offered to both Pilbara local and WA based FIFO personnel.
* NO accommodation is supplied for local applicants; however, relocation and rental assistance may be possible for the right candidate.
* FIFO personnel will be provided accommodation for duration of rostered swings.
