Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Melbourne, VIC. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include managing property listings, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, maintaining market knowledge, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration with the in-house marketing team and other professionals will also play a significant role in achieving client success.
Qualifications
* A valid Real Estate License
* Strong skills in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property principles
* Experience in Sales and effective negotiation techniques
* Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in digital tools and software related to real estate and property management
* A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for real estate
* Knowledge of the local Melbourne real estate market is highly advantageous
