Job Description
Establish and build new customer base and support existing customers.
Responsibilities
* Promote Harvey Norman Commercial through customer contact
* Finalise quotations and send to clients for approval
* Seek sales and business opportunities for Harvey Norman commercial Division.
* Develop and communicate potential leads to other divisions within Harvey Norman Commercial.
* Establish and build relationships with key business targets and commercial customers.
* Provide a weekly update of business activities to Management
* Attend customer functions on a regular basis
* Be involved with supplier & HNC training
* Punctuality re: commencement of work.
* Communicate internally with other divisions and staff
* Assist customers and other HNC staff with product information & technical advice
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded
* Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
* Accurate data entry and attention to detail
* The ability to work in a busy team environment
* Team commitment
* Personal and professional presentation
