Men's Behaviour Change Coordinator, Design and Implementation
The Men's Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) Coordinator will lead the development of a trauma-informed program aligned to Northern Territory Minimal Standards for Declared Domestic Family Violence (DFV) programs. The program must ensure a culturally safe environment where participant self-determination is respected.
* Foster relationships with stakeholders including Legal, Police, Corrections, Child Protection, Drug and Alcohol Services, and Health Services.
* Navigate complexities in working with multiple stakeholders, pre-existing systems, and guaranteeing program success.
Indigenous and/or Torres Strait Islander persons are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Community Development, Aboriginal Health Practitioner, Psychology, and/or Public Health.
* 3-5 years of experience in primary health or social determinants programs.
* Experience with participatory approaches in health, research, and organisational change.
* Complex project management experience in community-controlled health settings.
* Effective team leadership and management skills.
* Data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
* Knowledge Translation processes and application skills.
* National Police Records Check and Working with Children's Clearance.
* Current Northern Territory Driver's License.
