About Our Client
Our client is a mid-tier head contractor specializing in high-rise residential and commercial projects.
They are expanding and have a strong pipeline for 2025 and 2026.
This is a long-term position on the northern Gold Coast.
Job Responsibilities
Writing scopes of works
Negotiating and managing sub-contracts
Involvement with monthly cost reports
Handling variations
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in similar roles within building and construction projects, high computer literacy, familiarity with software such as Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, and excellent interpersonal skills.
