A successful candidates will be adaptable, have strong communication skills, and be able to apply logic and first principles to solve energy system and process configuration problems.
Key accountabilities will include:
* Integration of energy system modelling into the early phase project definition workflow.
* Identification and selection of appropriate energy system modelling techniques for the correct stage of projects.
* Development and management of project optimisation data.
* Development of automated tools for re-validation of previous models and tracking of variance of key criteria.
* Integration of engineering information into system level models to guide automation.
* A preliminary understanding of Carbon Accounting would be beneficial.
Qualifications and skills required:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
* Process improvement experience and skills
* Advanced Excel skills
* Programming experience preferred
