Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Support Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, including but not limited to:
* Managing property inspections and bookings
* Overseeing the internal valuation booking system
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and legal professionals
* Collecting and analyzing leasing and sales evidence
* Preparing and formatting reports
* Data entry and general administration duties
* Providing administrative support to the Valuation team
About You:
* Clerical experience in the property or real estate industry is highly regarded
* High level of computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Word and Excel
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work independently and use initiative
