Australia's leading allograft implant manufacturer Australian Biotechnologies seeks a Warehouse and Dispatch Coordinator to oversee the efficient coordination of warehouse operations and dispatch processes. This role involves, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, ensuring timely logistical processes, and appropriately receiving goods as per Australian Biotechnologies procedures.
You will be a part of the Warehouse/Dispatch team based in our manufacturing facility in Frenchs Forest, NSW. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Categorise inventory and complete tracking records, stock counts and cycle audits of products, consumables, and reagents
* Maintain clear and accurate records, of inventory and shipments, using warehouse management systems (WMS) and System Applications and Inventory Management System (IMS) software
* Fill storage areas in warehouse and clean rooms as required
* Plan and optimise transportation routes, coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders
* Work closely with the customer service, associates, carriers, and freight forwarders daily to ensure orders are dispatched and received
* Communicate with internal teams regarding stock availability and order status
* Follow all company policies and procedures, whilst adhering to good manufacturing practices
* Participate in the on-call roster
* Assist with the preparation of monthly warehouse/dispatch metrics and system trending for reporting
* Accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of goods coming in and out Preparation and assistance of materials and kits for manufacturing activities
* Correct completion and filing of batch records and warehouse documentation
* Clean, organised, and audit-ready production and storage areas
* Effective support to production, quality, and logistics teams
* Prompt escalation of discrepancies, damages, or non-conformances

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Very high level of attention to detail. The ability to identify and act on potential issues.
* Efficient time management and organisational skills
* Excellent computer skills - in particular experience using MS Office programs
* Be forward thinking, proactive and have a team orientated attitude
* Possess physical stamina and capacity to perform tasks such as manual handling of up to 16kg
* Organising inventory
* Current NSW Driver's license
* Able to work rotating shifts, 7am to 6pm
* Successful applicants will need to provide evidence of their COVID 19 vaccinations
