We are seeking a Junior Project Management Office (PMO) Scheduler to join our team.
As a Junior PMO Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
* Assisting in developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using PERT and Critical Path analysis.
* Managing project artefacts like WBS and RAM for accurate project representation.
* Preparing monthly reports and supporting Earned Value Management (EVM) for project tracking.
* Conducting schedule risk analysis and participating in risk & opportunity management.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adherence to project processes and success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience in Project Planning and Management.
* Knowledge of the project management lifecycle.
* Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM).
* Experience with Primavera and Microsoft Project.
* Financial control experience for work packages and control accounts.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
