About the Role:

We are seeking a capable and proactive ICT Customer Support Officer to join our team based in Narrabri, NSW on a full time basis supporting operations across multiple office and farm locations.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role responsible for ensuring all technology systems, infrastructure and communications operate reliably across geographically dispersed sites. If you enjoy practical problem solving, working across cloud platforms, and supporting both office-based and remote operational teams — this role offers variety and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

As an ICT Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

* Providing day-to-day IT support for staff across multiple sites
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and remote access issues
* Administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and manage user accounts
* Maintaining rural connectivity (Starlink, NBN, satellite) and Wi-Fi networks
* Monitoring system performance, backups, and disaster recovery
* Ensuring cybersecurity compliance and secure access controls
* Configuring and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and IT assets
* Manage and support farm management software, accounting systems and operational platforms

Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in ICT or a similar role
* ICT or IT qualification desirable
* Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
* Knowledge of Windows, macOS and mobile device management
* Understanding of networking fundamentals and rural connectivity solutions
* familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Support ongoing IT project and system upgrades

Pay: $78,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
