Key responsibilities include:
* Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
* Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient plans
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient information
* Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
The ideal candidate will possess current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, along with demonstrated competencies in evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
The Registered Nurse will work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to deliver high-quality care. The role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to quality improvement and professional development.
