**Job Opportunity:** Clinical Care Professional
**Location:** Hervey Bay, Queensland
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinical care professional to join our aged care team. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our team to provide exceptional support and services.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN), a current First Aid and CPR Certificate, and a current Police Check. You will also need to be able to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts, and have valid Australian work rights.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' experience working in a clinical care environment, relevant qualifications, and be willing to obtain a current NDIS Worker Screening Check. You will also need to align with our organisational values of Integrity, Compassion, Excellence & Courage.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Providing nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical procedures.
* Working collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Participating in ongoing education and training to improve skills and knowledge.
