An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Customer Service Team in a 12 month maternity leave cover position. If you are passionate, self‐driven and thrive in a collaborative and fun team environment then this role is for you.
Responsibilities
* Respond efficiently to customer phone orders, queries and product claims
* Accurate entry of customer orders into SAP
* Create and check customer invoices
* Process returned stock to facilitate customer credits
* Maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
* Maintain a working knowledge of sales promotions and proactively work with customers on taking up available offers
* Manage consignment stock
Qualifications
* Prior experience with high volume inbound calls
* Skills in SAP/CRM
* Experience in Telesales/Customer Liason Officer roles is desirable
